Andy Hastie
Associate Pastor
Andy Hastie serves at Long Hill Chapel as the Associate Pastor and has been serving on staff since 2012. He is married to Darea, and they have 2 children. While pastoring a church plant in 2009, Andy met another pastor from a different church affiliation. This man spent more time building into Andy's life in one afternoon than most other pastors would ever consider spending with a stranger. Andy knew there was something different about him and sought out where he came from. Andy learned he was the pastor of A Christian and Missionary Alliance church. After looking into the C&MA, Andy loved it and became a licensed pastor with them in 2010 when he began serving at LHC.

Darea Hastie
Pastor of Family Ministries
Darea Hastie serves at Long Hill Chapel as the Pastor of Family and Women’s Ministries and has been serving on staff since 2012. She is married to Andy, and they have 2 children. Darea and Andy were leading at another church but looking for a different place to go, worship, and be poured into when they started attending LHC's Morristown Church on Saturdays. That led them to LHC's Sunday services, where her passion for families and the next generation's spiritual development began a 15-year journey, including her ordination in 2021.

Joey Monteleone
Worship Pastor
Joey Monteleone serves at Long Hill Chapel as the Worship Pastor. He is married to Elena, and they have 4 children. Joey was brought on staff in 2020 to help the church with digital worship during Covid. It was once he started attending and leading worship in person that he fell in love with the people. He saw a welcoming community that was centered on Jesus and each other. The community cared for Joey, his wife, and his kids in a way that was powerful. It was something he wanted not only for his family but for himself.

Carolyn Majors
Preschool Director
Carolyn Majors serves at Long Hill Chapel as the Preschool Director. She has twin girls and previously served as the Head Teacher for the Rising 5s and 3s, respectively. After a career in hospitality and a family history rooted in ministry, Carolyn felt called to make a change, which brought her to Long Hill Christian Preschool. While at the preschool, she felt drawn to LHC and became part of the church community. As the Preschool Director, Carolyn combines her passion for education and faith to support LHCP's children and families.

Stephanie Welsh

With her family's faithful beliefs and her business background, the position at LHC was the perfect fit.

Sarah Harrington

Sarah Harrington serves at Long Hill Chapel as the Director of Communications.
She is married to Dan, and they have 3 boys. The Covid pandemic is how Sarah and her family found LHC, as they were seeking out a church that provided services online.
